Royals Want Digital Originals Of Topless Shots

The BBC is reporting from the Paris court where Will and Kate are trying to close down usage of those now famous topless shots….’He [Royal lawyer] said the royal couple could not have known they were being photographed, adding it would only have been possible to see the couple with a long lens.’
‘He called for the original digital images to be handed over with a fine of 10,000 euros for each day of non-compliance’….

• BBC: ‘A French court made the ruling on Tuesday [18th Sept] morning and ordered the magazine to hand over all digital copies of the photos to the royal couple within the next 24 hours or face a daily fine of €10,000 (£8,000).’ Watch here
• Photographer not mentioned in court- speculation he or she could be English.
