Shutterstock Goes For IPO – Prospectus Now Available


Shutterstock Founder & CEO Jon Oringer (he started the company with his own digital photos in 2003) announced on the photo agency blog yesterday : ‘I am pleased to share that today we filed an S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, a formal document that describes our business and our plans to pursue an initial public offering, or IPO.’
The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
The bookrunning managers of the proposed transaction will be Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities and Jefferies. RBC Capital Markets, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel and William Blair will be acting as co-managers.
