Attention London based stock photo agencies, it’s time to brush up your customer service and contributor relationship activity – Fast growing photo agency Shutterstock has exclusively announced to us this afternoon the opening of their first international office in Farringdon, London.
In a press release due out tomorrow Shutterstock Vice President of International, Gerd Mittmann says: “The U.K. is Shutterstock’s largest individual market outside of the U.S.,”. “Having a team on the ground to build relationships, source content, and localize business strategies will be invaluable as we deepen our presence in this important design and business hub”.
The UK team will lead business development and customer service efforts for the United Kingdom.
• Headquartered in New York City, Shutterstock also owns Bigstock, a value-oriented stock media agency, Offset, a high-end image collection, and Skillfeed, an online marketplace for learning.
