Arctic Photo fly high with massive stock photo usage

This in from Arctic Photo picture library:
First Air, the airline that services most of the Canadian Arctic, has selected one of Arcticphoto’s images to decorate the tail of its new Boeing 737- 400 flagship aircraft that currently flies between Ottawa and Baffin Island.

The photo of an Inuit hunter leaping between two ice floes caught the imagination of First Air’s marketing department. “They reversed the image,” explained Bryan Alexander, co-owner of the Arcticphoto picture library, “Used the correct way round, it looked like the guy was jumping off the back of the aircraft and that probably wasn’t the message they wanted to convey.”

This is the second Arcticphoto image that First Air have used on the tail of one of their Boeing jet aircraft.
