PAN reader Terry McGourty, currently Pictures Commissioning Editor at the London Telegraph, is off to Splash News as Global Editorial Director starting May.
Terry was previously Group Picture Editor at Splash from 2005 – 2007 and Staff Photographer for the agency 1995 – 1998.
