Sissinghurst Castle Garden and International Garden Photographer of the Year (IGPOTY) are pleased to announce the winners of their first photographic award.
Over the summer, National Trust at Sissinghurst Castle Garden partnered with IGPOTY to offer a new free-to-enter special award to celebrate the beauty of this world-renowned garden. Visitors were asked to use photography to capture the enduring beauty of the gardens that were the legacy of Vita Sackville-West and Harold Nicolson.
This historic, poetic refuge is a perfect location for all types of garden and landscape photography including the iconic White Garden. From colourful borders to the Elizabethan tower and lakes beyond, Sissinghurst is a garden dreamscape, awaiting capture.
From 25 October 2019 – 2 January 2020, before IGPOTY returns on 4 January 2020 with the main exhibition.
