Ashish Raje a contributing photojournalist at India photo agency FotoCorp has won a National Foundation of India Fellowship with a photo feature covering the declining textile mills of Mumbai.

Now very few mills spin cloth, but have been transformed into huge money-spinners for mill owners and the government as the real-estate boom catapulted Mumbai among the world cities with the costliest real estate.
