In the Moment: 40 Years of Reuters Photojournalism

For 40 years, Reuters has been capturing unique, emotive, and informative moments from every corner of the world via our photography. To celebrate this anniversary, we are excited to announce our upcoming book “In the Moment: 40 Years of Reuters Photojournalism” capturing four decades of Reuters photography. “In the Moment” features around 500 powerful images documenting global events since the 1980s.

From conflict zones to cultural milestones, our visual chronicle showcases the dedication of our Pulitzer prize-winning Reuters photographers who deliver 1.5 million images annually, alongside first-person accounts from the photojournalists who risked everything to tell these stories.

London in Photos

A new collection showcasing 100 images taken by photojournalists as they sought – or stumbled upon – the people and events that shaped our cultural history. A few years in the making, London in Photos takes a deep dive into The Times archives to document a rapidly changing society from the funeral of King Edward VII in 1910 through to the birth of the new century. Archive Specialist Michael-John Jennings says: “The variety of images reflects the inherent unpredictability of life as a press photographer. It is their skill and ingenuity that has documented this unique visual record of London’s story. The small affordable hardback format makes it a perfect gift for history enthusiasts or photography fans.”
