

It’s all change and a refreshed logo at the American media licensing association/community – The DMLA – The Digital Media Licensing Association who are now to be known as the Digital Media Leadership Alliance.
Their updated mission statement now reads: The Digital Media Leadership Alliance shapes the future of digital media through advocacy, education, and connectivity, uniting leaders across content, technology, rights, and licensing.
Here’s why the’ve updated:
The media landscape continues to change rapidly. Content, technology, rights, licensing, AI, and innovation are more interconnected than ever. Our new name reflects a more active, collaborative, and forward-looking role in helping shape what comes next. Just as importantly, it reinforces our commitment to ensuring that companies of every size and stage—from startups to global enterprises, and from new innovators to longstanding industry leaders—are represented and have a voice.
