This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Director to join the leading agency licensing cultural images. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a corporate marketing strategy. Applying insight and marketing intelligence, the Digital Marketing Director will work closely with colleagues both in the London and International Sales teams and across the company more widely to identify market opportunities to drive sales and increase brand awareness in both a creative and quantifiable manner. He or she will manage and motivate a small team and will be skilled in developing direct reports to improve performance.
It is particularly important that the candidate thrives on, and can demonstrate an ability to drive and deliver successful change, both cultural and process-based. Of importance is the desire to create a consistently positive and motivating work environment. You will build strong relationships, work collaboratively and excel in influencing external partners and senior colleagues with a positive, ‘can-do’ approach.
