Ambitious German Speaking Sales Executive with 12mths B2B experience needed for global creative giant. Our client is a creative resource for advertising, marketing and media professionals throughout the world providing a comprehensive selection of content to the creative industries.
Our client is looking to recruit a German Speaking Sales Executive who will play an instrumental role in assuring their customers receive the highest level of customer support and service. You will answer and respond to inbound calls, emails and chats and support sales goals by up-selling key product lines. As such, this role is critical to our clients’ success as an industry leader in the image and rights services business.
You will need 1+ year in a telesales environment and will be sales minded and customer oriented with effective questioning and probing skills. You are a fluent German speaker, confident, competent, business savvy with negotiating skills and ability to communicate at a senior level. You will have experience working in a target-driven environment with particular focus on customer satisfaction, quality and revenue goals. Experience within the media industry is an asset but not a necessity.
This is a full time position, based in London.
