Good news over at the The Daily Herald – a British newspaper running from 1911 – 1964 – it looks like they are upping the digital activity around the fantastic press photo archive.
PAN spotted an advert for a Junior Photographer at the archive which states: ‘The National Science and Media Museum in Bradford are undertaking the digitisation of the Daily Herald Archive to greatly improve the public accessibility of this nationally important collection. We are therefore recruiting two Junior Photographers to start on the 1st February 2021 in order to undertake large scale, rapid, professional imaging of this collection.’
