Video platform and footage licensing services agency Thought Equity Motion, Inc., has announced that it is working with Discovery Communications to unlock the value of its video archive. Thought Equity will be providing digitization, delivery, and ‘smart content’ metadata services for its new footage licensing business, Discovery Access.
