Stock photo agency Dreamstime reports that it’s customer base has grown from 350,000 users in 2007 to more than 4.2 million this year. The agency started in 2004 boast 12 million photo’s online 300,000 of which are free.
Focusing on those customers, Dreamstime now offers geo-tagged images (above screen shot) using Google Maps and Google Earth. Now contributors are able to precisely add a location to images, streamlining the search process for designers creating materials with a certain geographical or tourism focus.
