Publisher Bayard Presse in France has announced they will cease daily shoots and production at their photo agency Ciric on the 1 December 2020.
Ciric was founded in 1984 and specialised in photo features around religious, spiritual and social issues in France and abroad.
The agency library numbers around 1 million images and will remain open for the time being.
Jean-François Mathé, the projects director at Bayard, told PAN:
Hello Will.
Sad news indeed. Our DAM will still be available to 30th of june at least for the customer already registered.
But we will no longer upload any new pictures from the beginning of December.
