Stock photo agency Panther Media in Germany are now licensing the Royalty Free stock collection of US based photographer Jim Erickson. Last year Jim’s photo agency Erickson Stock released some of the it’s Rights Managed collection as RF.
Jim is one of the US’s preeminent commercial photographers. For over 30 years Jim has created timeless imagery for hundreds of blue chip clients, including AT&T, American Express, Wells Fargo, Cisco, Pinnacle Entertainment, General Motors, HBO, Pfizer, Merrill Lynch, United Airlines and Home Depot.
Tomas Speight at Panther told PAN: “Erickson Stock from just north of San Francisco has been in my sights for quite a while. I have wanted to offer my customers the Erickson Stock Collection for many years. For various reasons, it never worked out with any of the previous agencies I worked for. I admire Jim Erickson and his agency because I feel that all the images share a common vibe that make them stand out in the huge ocean of photography. For want of a better word I have always tried to capture this vibe with the expression “lyrical lighting”. Now, at last, I can show you the Erickson Stock RF Collection on PantherMedia.net and you can decide for yourself if you agree or don’t see what I am talking about.”
