A new Inclusion Scholarship for photojournalists and photographers around the world has been launched by photo agency Getty Images to help tackle wider industry issues of diversity and inclusion.
The agency is partnering with the organisations; Women Photograph, Creative Access, National Association of Black Journalists, Asian American Journalists Association and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists to award five scholarship grants of $10K each.
Applicants will be asked to submit a biography, essay and examples of their work, with an esteemed panel made up of members from Getty Images and the partner organisations, reviewing and selecting the successful candidates.
