Statement provided to PAN From Getty Images: On Friday [Dec 1], a court in the UK issued a judgment in favour of Getty Images in our case against Stability AI.
Stability AI asked the court to dismiss some of Getty Images’ claims before trial. However, the judge determined that Getty Images has a real prospect of success on those claims and allowed the entire case to continue to trial.
We are pleased with the decision and look forward the case being determined at trial.
