PAN reader, photo curator, Julie Grahame has a new exhibition at The Soho Photo Gallery- New York City’s longest operating member-run photography gallery- the new show is called ‘Move / Moving / Movement’.

Soho Gallery say: ‘For the first show in our elegant new Chelsea space, Soho Photo Gallery will present a gallery-wide exhibition of images from our artist members. Our guest curator, Julie Grahame, has selected one photograph from each of 78 members who submitted work for this inaugural event. The images include still-lifes, portraits, landscapes, documentaries, architecturals, abstracts, and street life images, with a wide variety of creative interpretations of the show theme: Move/Moving/Movement.’

Julie told PAN: “Congratulations to Soho Photo on their big move, and to all of the members who submitted such a great selection of images. The final choices show both literal and abstract interpretations of the “movement” theme, with images that cause one to pause, to raise a smile, and to be transported – I am thrilled with the variety.”
