While he is not rummaging through the vast photographic archives at the Times newspaper, Picture Librarian, Michael-John Jennings is documenting life in and around his home town Southend, Essex.
PAN spotted a flyer for his new photo exhibition – here’s what he told us about his latest show:
“Will,
good to hear from you – thanks yes the mods scooter stuff is a project i’m enjoying, work in progress so far but is building nicely – i will include a few but also my landscapes which im hoping to sell, will have print stand also selling stuff flyers attached – its only in a restaurant so need to check their opening hours but i will be there opening weekend 4th/5th to meet chat with people hopefully sell some work…
its part of a cool and long standing art trail in Leigh-on-Sea featuring some really cool talented artists, ive done it before twice and its fun and gets people into community shops, cafes etc to look at art…
