Michael-John Jennings the Picture Librarian at the Times (News Licensing) who recently penned his Sir Roger Bannister photo find here on PAN has opened his own photo exhibition The Everyday & The Estuary– ‘MJ’ presents an inspiring and evocative selection of images of Southend-on-Sea.
“I have always been fascinated in photographing the English seaside and now living in one, I get to see the daily reality of how our seaside town lives and breathes. This series is about exploring my interaction with my new home, embracing both the rugged beauty and day-to-day reality encountered being here out of season, exploring the mundane, the everyday and at times, the extraordinary.”
