Harriet Bridgeman founded the company in 1972 and has watched her idea grow into a global enterprise. ‘We started with £500 and five hundred transparencies in Kodak boxes,’ explains Harriet. ‘We now have five international offices and can claim to be the world’s largest image library for fine art, cultural and historical imagery. Our Los Angeles office opened recently and this month sees us launch our latest project, footage licensing.’
They say: ‘This year’s annual image licensing event, CEPIC, coincides with Bridgeman’s birthday week and delegates attending the congress will leave with a memorable present from Bridgeman: a practical and eye-catching tote bag’ – below
