PAN recently spotted a tennis equipment review on London’s Evening Standard website with the review credited to photo editor and PAN reader Gareth Richman!
So we called Gareth up and found out more about his love for keeping up-to-date with everything tennis-tech!
“By day I’m a Digital Picture Editor for Evening Standard which I totally love. Outside of that, you can find me on a tennis court (my Dad got me started into the sport when I was 5). I represent my club in competitive team matches and also play in local leagues. I have also previously coached and completed a racket stringing course (PTR & ERSA qualified), among many other essential training modules.
Since March 2022 I began expanding my skillset and writing on tennis product focused content for ES Best which is really cool, as I can now dovetail my love for sport and experience in tennis within my work. The specialist articles and reviews I cover are there to help excite, inform and guide our audience (of all tennis playing standards) on the best and most interesting equipment available with a top quality knowledgeable and down to earth editorial style.
“It’s an area we have broken new ground and readership. Not only that, but we have also created amazing new working relationships with major and emerging brands, not to mention connecting up with high profile talent with fun, engaging Q&As producing a wide variety of inspiring creative articles and ideas in the world of tennis.”
