Business Development Manager
Up to 35K Euros + Commission

Sales/Business Development Manager located in Europe needed for a growing Geneva-based startup which develops and sells a SaaS blockchain product to large enterprise customers. We are looking for a self-motivated, confident and articulate achiever with 4+ years of exceptional sales performance within B2B subscriptions / SaaS sales or a related area.

Main duties

  • Pro-actively contribute to the growth strategy by identifying and securing business opportunities.
  • Develop and grow a client base of agencies that own or/and distribute images (media industry).
  • Conduct outbound consultations with businesses to educate them on the value of using IPStock blockchain (i.e. benefits, strategies, rates, terms, and conditions).
  • Search for prospective customers and close deals with them by using personal connections, cold calling, existing database, LinkedIn, sourcing lists, networking events, and his own creative methods.
  • Build fruitful relationships with key decision-makers within existing contacts and new clients.

Experience

The right candidate will possess approximately 4 years’ experience and be able to demonstrate success in a B2B sales role with proven skills in core sales and new business development.

Knowledge

  • Understanding USP’s and benefits of own and competitor products.
  • Ability to perform in an international work environment whilst experience in international campaign management is preferred.
  • Understanding market trends and developments to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Fluent English is required and Russian would be an additional bonus.
  • Understanding of the mechanics of the IT sector (specifically SaaS solutions) would be very advantageous.
