Great news here on the celebrity photo agency scene – Austin Raishbrook Global Operations Director at photo agency Splash was awarded a certificate of Outstanding Community Service by the California Highway Patrol yesterday for his role in rescuing a driver from a burning car after it was hit on a highway in January 2017.
