The Rights and Images team at the National Portrait Gallery in London have just launched an expanded keywording feature to their licensing website.
The NPG holds the most extensive collection of portraits in the world – more than 330,000 portraits, from the 16th Century to the present day include drawings, negatives, paintings, photographs, prints, silhouettes and caricatures. Licensees are now able to search the collection in new ways via an advanced search method making things a little easier getting to the image you want by keyword.
