Look out for Colour Balance Images a new ‘two-sided images marketplace featuring culturally, ethnically and racially diverse people, communities and environments’ which launches at Fotofringe London on April 17th
They say: ‘The image bank is dedicated to authentic and representative imagery stemming predominantly from Africa, Asia and Central and South America.’
The agency will offer royalty-free images, footage, vectors and illustrations. With a focus on live everyday shots from traditionally underserved countries, the marketplace seeks to shift the way people see the world. ….Further, ‘the platform expects to disrupt the royalty-free image market by replacing generic stock images created in staged settings with images of real people doing everyday things all over the world.’
