PPS Tsushinsha K.K (Pacific Press Service) based in Tokyo, Japan – co founded in 1965 by Robert Kirschenbaum – has filed for bankruptcy according to a physical letter sent to a UK photo library after they chased for information and seen last week by PAN.
Guessing others will be affected PAN has been in contact with the Bankruptcy Trustee directly for full details on how creditors can apply – they told us:
‘As of September 4, 2023, Pacific Press Service received a ruling for the commencement of bankruptcy proceedings from the Tokyo District Court (Japanese Court) and we are appointed as Bankruptcy Trustee of Pacific Press Service.’
