Rare 1880s – 1914 London theatre personalities postcard collection license-ready

Central London based performing arts photo library ArenaPAL has released a rare collection of over 200 postcards and portraits of singers, composers and other popular contemporary artists as part of their exclusive representation of the Royal Opera House archive.
This latest photographic collection to become available for licence was amassed by Lady de Grey, a key patron of the Royal Opera House from the 1880s to 1914, who enjoyed personal friendships with many famous singers of the day.
It was through her commitment to the performing arts that Lady de Grey became so highly regarded and enabled her to create this important and beautifully preserved collection of images.
