In Sweden, TT News Agency has acquired established photo agency IBL who acquired All Over Press in 2015.
TT say: ‘The picture segment of the TT News Agency is growing, and will through this acquisition be able to offer an even more comprehensive archive and service. The very best Swedish and foreign picture providers will hereby be offered in one platform.’
Founded in 1965 IBL is a family owned business with offices in Ängelholm and Stockholm and has a solid photo market position in Sweden as well as internationally. The agency currently owned by Lars and Nils Modie.

Deal Detail:
• IBL staff will move to the TT News Agency offices in the beginning of 2018
• Integration of the two picture archives into one common platform will be completed during 2018.
• The new larger picture agency segment will also be given a new name: TT Images.
