Picture desk image delivery platform IDS has announced the winner of it’s ’50 Million Images – Countdown Competition’
They say: “The 50 millionth image was uploaded to IDS at 22:15:41 on Saturday 15th October. The winning entry was from Mark Swift of Express Syndication who guessed a time of 21:46.22 on Saturday 15th. Mark won a magnum of champagne.
Three runners up prizes of a bottle of champagne went to Jasmin Beltran of Solarpix, Dan Barton from Big Pictures and Gemma and Robyn from Zoo magazine. Gemma at Zoo magazine told PhotoArchiveNews.com: ” Great news! this is first time I have won something in a long time, thank you IDS.”
