Together we are bringing amazing photo journalism art products to our customers.” and AFP’s Asia-Pacific regional director Philippe Massonnet in Sydney said “We are offering AFP’s huge treasure trove of pictures on this new website,”It only takes a few clicks to have the photos in your own home.” View and choose from the store here.
above Selfie! Matt is the important looking chap on the right…
Here is a quick Q&A we did with Media Storehouse MD and founder Matt Hamer who we met for swift
ale coffee in London last week ….
PAN: What is the typical timescale a photo library should expect to have a store online live and selling products through Media Storehouse?
Matt: Typically a couple of months but it’s dependant on how quickly the library can move in terms of identifying images, approving the site, products, prices etc. The fastest we’ve ever manged is 2 days and we are shortly about to launch a site for an organisation that we’ve been talking to for over 2 years!
PAN: How many photo agencies do your provide print stores to currently?
PAN: How many images are available as products on the main MSH site?
Matt: 3 million images which equates to tens of millions of products.
PAN: What was the single largest purchase for a print product through MSH?
Matt: We supplied a large number of images to an individual who wanted artwork for the redecoration of a large London house. Total amount was around £4,000.
