About The Image now manages photographer Sam Lambert estate

The Photo Archive News photo consultancy About The Image is now representing the estate of English photographer Sam Lambert (deceased).
After sourcing and clearing copyrights for the family of architectural photographer Sam Lambert over a number of years About The Image is now fully representing his images and looking to rebuild his archive and life story through existing photo prints housed in many architectural association archives around the world.

ATI just cleared rights on a Sam Lambert image in this book celebrating a couple of houses designed by German-born modernist architect Walter Segal.
Walters Way and Segal Close are two tiny roads in Lewisham, south London. The twenty homes they contain are unusual, both in the the way they look and in the way they were conceived and built. Designed by German-born modernist architect Walter Segal, they were part of a council-run scheme that allowed ordinary people to build their own homes. Thirty years on they are still standing and have been adapted to meet the needs of today’s residents. This book tells the story of how the streets came to be built and what life is like on a Segal-built estate.
