Dave Hogan – ‘My First day in the Shutterstock London office’

Dave Hogan, one of the busiest entertainment photographers in London, has signed a three year shoot partnership with Shutterstock Editorial.

This new deal sees Dave move away from his twenty year relationship with Getty Images to work exclusively alongside Shutterstock Editorial where his company Hogan Media has been granted an independent budget to deliver celebrity content.

• Photo Editor detail: Dave’s 40 year photo collection remains with Getty Images for licensing. All images going forward will be be licensed through Shutterstock.

Dave told PAN over the weekend: “John Edwards, my old Sun Picture Editor [now heading up Splash News], invited me to a meeting with the Shutterstock team at the agency’s new offices in London Bridge, and I knew within five minutes this was going to be Hogan Media’s new home. I love the positive can-do attitude of the whole of the Shutterstock team and felt it was a perfect match for our ambitions.”

“Needless to say, we have some stellar projects in the pipeline, and we have truly hit the ground running, with the aim to genuinely shake the photo entertainment sector up.”

“The motto at Hogan Media is ‘the client comes first.’ I’ve operated in a relationship-built industry for 40 years, I like to think that I’ve never not delivered, and that’s why I have so many highly-valued repeat clients that I know on a personal and professional level. There is always an open door and full transparency regarding ideas and budgets so that we can discuss proposals, get them nailed down, and really make them happen. We are here to collaborate and serve our client’s needs, providing a white glove, above and beyond, bespoke service to deliver every single time.”
