A Los Angeles-based industry veteran, Roxanne heads up SearchWorks, a research, rights, and clearance company specializing in content for use in features, television, documentary, web, advertising, and other projects. Roxanne has been a client and friend of FootageBank since our earliest days, and we recently connected with her to hear about her experience of working with clients during the pandemic.
Has your business been affected by Covid-19? Funny, I was just discussing this with my business partner, Suzanne (Shelton). We’ve successfully worked remotely for years, so that’s not been an issue. We’re fortunate to be staying busy and have even seen an increase in the overall number of requests, including from productions trying to finish projects in case another full shutdown occurs.
