Junior Commercial Sales (EU) – Great Bowery Licensing
TRUNK ARCHIVE, GALLERY STOCK & GRANTED – Hybrid in Europe

Responsibilities:

Direct Sales

  • Conduct proactive outreach with current and prospective clients via email, phone, online, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain and grow a designated EU+ client base while pursuing new clients to meet revenue goals
  • Negotiate and finalize licensing sales for commercial clients
  • Track all pending deals, outreach, and internal projects to stay aligned with sales goals
  • Curate imagery from our artists for client pitches, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Analyze past and current sales to identify opportunities and revenue streams
  • Assist colleagues with research, client requests, and pitch preparation
  • Build strong client relationships to develop trust and identify new sales opportunities
  • Follow industry trends and share relevant insights with the global sales team
  • Attend trade shows, openings, and other industry events

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Editorial, Marketing, Artist Relations, Content Research, Archiving, Infringement, Legal, and Finance
  • Provide insights for marketing campaigns and promotional materials to target clients effectively
  • Communicate Commercial team priorities and imagery needs to internal teams to secure content efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Experience in content licensing, artist representation/management, photography, media, or advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English; additional languages a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through
  • Confident in prospecting, building client relationships, and generating revenue
  • Knowledge of media, pop culture, and industry trends
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable

Commercial Sales Coordinator (US) – Great Bowery Licensing
TRUNK ARCHIVE, GALLERY STOCK & GRANTED – Hybrid or Remote in the US

We’re seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator in the US to support the Commercial Sales team, manage client accounts, and help drive revenue while contributing to marketing and client-facing initiatives.

You’ll be an integral part of keeping our sales operations running smoothly while helping clients access extraordinary imagery for licensing. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Support

  • Assist the Commercial Sales Team with client account management, outreach, and licensing coordination
  • Support new business development by researching prospects and identifying re-engagement opportunities
  • Help maintain and clean up client accounts and sales data in our CRM
  • Curate lightboxes, pitch decks, and marketing collateral to align with client or team needs
  • Track pending deals, outreach, and internal projects, providing weekly status updates
  • Help finalize licensing sales in collaboration with senior team members
  • Build and maintain client relationships to identify new revenue opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including Editorial, Marketing, Artist Relations, Archiving, Content Research, and Infringement to secure imagery
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and content curation
  • Stay informed on industry and visual content trends to inform sales and marketing strategy

Qualifications:

  • Experience in content licensing, artist management, photography, media, or advertising a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of image/film licensing
  • Ability to take initiative and support projects independently
  • Awareness of media, pop culture, and trends across fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable
