The new management team of John Churchill, CEO, Danny Hayward, Director of Global Content and Simon Bridger, Global Digital Solution Director, previously behind the Flynet Pictures agency in the UK, will work in partnership with Rcapital, the company who have backed the management buy-out, to invest and develop the Splash News business which was established in 1990.

The UK editorial team is led by John Edwards, former picture editor of the Sun Newspaper, and Ian Down, former picture editor of the Daily Mirror.
