SilverHub Media went into administration on the 12 June after a couple of years in business – here’s what we have been sent after requesting info from the administrator.
Jason Baker and Phil Armstrong, partners at specialist business advisory firm FRP Advisory LLP, were appointed Joint Administrators of SilverHub Media Limited, SilverHub OpCo Limited and SilverHub Media UK Limited on 12thJune 2018.
The management buy-out of subsidiary company Splash News was completed on 21st June 2018 with investment secured from Rcapital.
Other subsidiary companies of SilverHub Media Limited – including Flynet Pictures UK Ltd, Flynet News Ltd and The Front Row Partnership Ltd – continue to trade.

My involvement with SilverHub was only as an investor, I have never been involved in the board decisions.
