Photo Request: RAF Chaplain-in-Chief – image ref ‘IL could even be IC’

Calling all photo archive knowledge brokers – can anyone shed light on where, which photo agency or collection above image reference originated?

PAN reader, Freelance Copyright Consultant/Picture Editor, Julia Ruxton dropped PAN a line this week via our Press Photo History Project requesting photo info:
Hi again Will,
‘Here is the photo I am trying to track down the owner of – scans of front and back above.  If you wouldn’t mind posting these on the website to see if anyone has any information or recognises the numbers that would be great. I am not sure the author is right in thinking the number reads H0630 – it could easily be 40630 and the IL could even be IC.

The caption we have is: ‘The first RAF Chaplain-in-Chief, the Revd (Air Commodore) Harry D. L. Viener (right). Note the aircraft propellor on the right being used as a memorial cross (ca. 1921).’

I think we’ll use it but it would be good to be able to trace the original agency or photographer if anyone knows.

Thanks

Julia
