Vistaprint, the online design and marketing platform, has acquired Depositphotos as part of a rebrand to become a full-service design, digital and print partner to small business called Vista.
The purchase includes Depositphotos subsidiary design platform Crello which will rebrand as VistaCreate.
For Depostitphotos the acquisition means new investment: ‘The Depositphotos content marketplace will remain to operate as a separate brand. It will have an opportunity to expand its product development team, grow its library, and boost its brand presence in North America and Europe.’
