Role: Photography Production Manager – PinPep
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 + depending on experience
Contract: Full Time
Reporting to: Head of Visual

Job Description:

PinPep is the UK’s leading specialist PR photographic agency are seeking a well organised, self-motivated individual to manage their busy production.  

Currently our staff are required to work Tuesday and Wednesday from the office.

Key Responsibilities: 

Image Management: Liaising with the Assignment Manager to ensure imagery from assignments is collated, filed, captioned, and delivered to clients in a timely fashion.

Syndication: Manage the delivery of images to media (This will require some early mornings and very occasional weekend work).

Database Management & Research: Research, maintain and manage a database of relevant media contacts, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and media contacts.

Key Skills: 

  • Excellent organisational skills are essential.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office including Excel. 
  • Basic photoshop skills would be an advantageous (but not essential).
  • Commercial awareness.
  • The ability to work well under-pressure and to stringent deadlines.
  • A keen interest in photography and media is essential
