The Illustrated First World War Magazine – Rare and unseen images from the Illustrated London News Archive. To mark the centenary of the First World War content has been brought together from the “Great Eight” illustrated magazines of the period which were published by the ILN. Written principally by Luci Gosling of Mary Evans Picture Library and illustrated exclusively from the Illustrated London News Archive which is housed and managed by Mary Evans Picture Library, this promises to be one the best and most interesting souvenirs of the centenary. Also, £1.40 of of the cover price will be donated to the Royal British Legion.
