Press photographers gear support hubs – Royal funeral lead up

Park Cameras shop in Rathbone Place central London have a support hub for pro photographers starting today.

They say: ‘Following the sad news of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s passing, in partnership with the Sony Pro Network and Canon Professional Services, we have set up a Pro Support Hub at our London store to aid press photographers.’

‘In store, we’ll have technicians from Canon and Sony offering complimentary sensor cleaning, lens checks and firmware updates to ensure your camera gear is in prime condition for what is likely to be a busy few days ahead.’

‘The Sony technicians will be available 10:30am – 5:30pm until Friday 16th September. Canon technicians will be available Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th September at 10:30am – 5:30pm.’
Due to continuing demand the support depot hours have been extended for Saturday 17th and Tuesday 20th September.

Fixation and WEX Rental also have a support hub from their London location (below) map

Fixation with Wex Rental will be opening on Saturday 10am – 5pm with repair technicians and additional rental equipment on hand. We will be closed on Monday 19th September.

Fixation has 3x technicians in for Canon Nikon and Sony sensor cleaning and check-ups complementary for Press, agency and BPPA photographers.
Wex Rental have additional Canon long lenses available to hire 500 & 600mm available and 1DX mark III camera bodies.
